Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cipher Digital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Cipher Digital provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Milestone payments arranged for larger projects
- Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Third-party assets, stock images, and licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses.
Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our hourly rate.
Limitation of Liability
Cipher Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date.
